Athlete Performance Programme (A.P.P)

As athletes that have gone from amateur level sport to performing on the international stage, we understand first-hand the struggles that come from training and competition. In such a highly specific field that is very much in its infancy there is a lot of conflicting information on how best to prepare the body for performance. 

 

We have created the Athlete Performance Programme (A.P.P) so you can be given all the tools you need to excel in your given sport. We use evidence-based training principles to work on your individual goals and weaknesses. The A.P.P starts with first completing your athlete profile, needs analysis and athletic screening, this invaluable information is used to build your tailor-made training programme to further develop your physical abilities and reduced your risk of injury. Your training is structured around your existing schedule whether you are in or out of competition.

 

Where necessary we work alongside your coaches, sports therapists and key support staff as a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all involved are on the same page with your athletic development. With the right mindset and approach to your training we will help take your performance to the next level.  

Individual Athlete

This is our gold standard performance programme and caters for athletes of all ages from amateur level all the way to Olympic standard. The A.P.P runs on average 12-16 weeks (3-4 training cycles).
